Enquiries

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, telephone number, project postcode and project description. We use them to respond, assess the requested service, prepare a quotation and, if appointed, administer the work.

Service providers and records

The website and enquiry forms are hosted through WordPress.com and its services. Information may be processed by hosting, email and other service providers needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. We do not sell enquiry details.

We retain information for as long as needed for the enquiry or appointment and applicable record-keeping requirements. Project records may need to be retained longer than an unsuccessful initial enquiry. Contact us for information about your particular record.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies may be used for security and site functionality. If optional Google Analytics is enabled, it is loaded only after your analytics choice is accepted. Enquiry form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. You can decline optional analytics and still use the site.

Your choices

You can ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights by emailing us. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office about data-protection concerns.
